"Worth it if you catch a sale"
Overall, I’m happy with my order. I grabbed a couple of dresses from bebe.com during a promo, and the discount made it feel worth it. Their regular prices can be a little high, so I usually hold off until there’s a sale or a coupon code. Checkout was simple, the code went through without any hassle, and shipping took a few days, which wasn’t bad at all.

I like shopping on bebe.com because the pieces I want are usually available, even in my size, which sells out so fast everywhere else. It makes it way easier to grab a dress without checking back a million times. I’m happy with it.

"Showed up really fast, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The shipping was way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I did have a quick question afterward though, and the response I got made me feel kind of dismissed, like they just wanted to move on. So yeah, delivery was great, but the overall experience felt a little mixed

"Nice packaging, no problems"
I ordered a dress from bebe.com the packaging was nice. Like, not anything over the top, but it felt clean and put together.
The dress came folded properly in a bag, and nothing was torn, crushed, or weirdly shoved in there. I kind of appreciated that it wasn’t overpacked too, because sometimes that feels like a lot, but it still protected the dress fine.
The outside delivery box did have a small dent, so I was a little like, uh oh, but everything inside was totally okay. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with how it arrived

"Cute going-out pieces, but I wouldn’t count on customer service"
I’ve been liking bebe for fun going-out clothes that feel stylish without being over the top. The dresses and tops are usually my favorite since they fit the look I’m into, and a lot of the designs are modern and cute. The site is easy to browse too. That said, I’m always a little wary of customer service with online clothing stores, so I wouldn’t want to deal with a problem if something went wrong. Still, based on the clothes, I’d probably shop there again

The dress feels really nice and the stitching seems good to me. I’m not totally sure if it’s just the fit on me, but it does seem to run a bit small. Overall, I like it, though I do think it’s a little pricey for what it is.

I ordered a dress from bebe.com the checkout was way less annoying than I expected. My cart stayed saved, the coupon applied without some random error message, and Apple Pay worked without making me retype all my info like so many sites do for no reason.
I also got the order confirmation email right away, which was a relief. The shipping options were clear, and there wasn’t some surprise fee thrown in at the very end. Sad that this feels rare, but it was a nice, easy checkout experience.

"Showed up exactly when promised"
I ordered a dress last week and, i was half expecting some delay or a vague shipping update like they were trying to buy time, but it actually arrived right when they said it would. The tracking was simple to follow too, so I never had to wonder if anything weird was going on. No complaints from me.

I had a good experience shopping on bebe. The pages loaded quickly, I found dresses and sizes without having to click around forever. The filters worked well and checkout was simple enough too. I also liked that the photos were clear and the site wasn’t confusing. Overall, it was just easy to use, that’s really all I wanted...

"Refund came faster than I thought"
I returned a dress that ended up not fitting right, and my refund showed up in about 5 days, quicker than I expected. It wasn’t instant or anything, but compared to some other sites, that felt reasonable. I did take off one star because the email updates were a little slow, I had to wait around wondering what was going on for a bit.

I ordered a dress and a pair of jeans from bebe, and thankfully everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and actual items were all correct... which was a relief because I was a little worried something might get mixed up.
I’m giving 4 stars mostly because the tracking didn’t really update for a couple days, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But the order itself was accurate, packed fine, and arrived without any issues... so overall I’m happy with it.

"Customer service was surprisingly quick"

I bought a seven hundred dollar coat, it's beautiful ,long black with fleece lining ,beautiful embroidery, but it doesn't fit me anymore as its about 8 yrs.old, and it's in excellent condition because i've only wore it like 2x! if i sell it online how much should i ask for it since it was so expensive? but it is almost 8 yrs old too.
